The Heart of TimeBack
Ben has spent over 25 years in business, finance, sales, and marketing — from advising startups to working with some of Australia’s largest corporates. As a business banker, he analysed thousands of financial statements and learned what truly makes businesses tick, helping improve processes to drive outcomes. Alongside his corporate career, he also built and managed his own ventures, giving him firsthand experience across both the startup and corporate worlds.
In 2024, everything changed. At 49 years old, Ben became a father to his daughter, Gabriella Valentina. Overnight, his perspective shifted. Long corporate hours and endless material success no longer felt meaningful — what mattered most was time. The more he spoke with others, the clearer it became: time is the most valuable currency we all share, and everyone wants more of it.
That realisation sparked TimeBack Digital. Today, our mission is simple — to help individuals and businesses reclaim time by working smarter, not harder.
