1. How will I get paid, and how often?

We pay every Sunday night through Wise.com. All hours are tracked using WebWork, our project management and time-tracking tool, so payroll is always accurate and on time.

2. What kind of work will I be doing?

Our team works first on TimeBack Digital’s internal projects, and also on client projects like Roomey.com.au — a global peer-to-peer accommodation platform. We provide a wide range of services, so you’ll have opportunities to apply your skills and grow into new areas.

3. How does the team communicate and stay organised?

We use WhatsApp for day-to-day communication and Linear for project management. This keeps tasks clear, priorities organised, and everyone on the same page without confusion.

4. What’s the culture like at TimeBack Digital?
