2+ years recruiting for technical roles (React, Node.js, web developers)
Deep enough tech knowledge to spot overinflated skills
Comfortable conducting video screening calls with all candidates
(MANDATORY)
Verifiable references from recruitment work
Availability 9 AM – 5 PM Philippine Time
Long-term commitment (not looking for quick cash)
General VA experience doesn’t count. This is specialized technical
recruitment.

We’re an early-stage digital marketing and web development agency building:

Our agency (branding, web dev, SEO, marketing for global clients)
A peer-to-peer shared accommodation platform (Airbnb for
flatmates/housemates)
Tech stack: React, Node.js, Next.js

Founded by Ben:

25+ years in finance and business.

Father to a one-year-old. Started this to get his
own time back—now building careers for others. Personally funding this startup while in debt. All-in on the vision.

The team: 100% remote. No office, never will be. Based globally.

Your Mission: Be The Gatekeeper

Every day, hundreds apply to work with us. Most aren’t suitable—not because they’re
dishonest, but because they overinflate their skills or genuinely believe they’re world-
class when their work isn’t at the level a global digital agency needs.

Your job:

Review applications (forms auto-screen first via conditional logic)
Run answers through AI detection tools to catch copy-paste responses
Conduct video screening calls with ALL promising candidates
Call references to verify everything
Send only qualified candidates to paid TestGorilla.com assessments
Recommend only the top 10% to our founder

You recruit for:

Web Developers (React, Node.js, Next.js, full-stack)
UX/UI Designers, Graphic Designers, Content Creators
Any role a digital agency needs
