Your role: Audit current experiences, propose improvements, redesign with AI-enhanced workflows, share playbooks with the team, and lift our work to global standards.

Use AI to spot and correct spacing/alignment at scale
Leverage AI to enforce design systems and brand tokens
Employ AI to optimize flows and reduce friction

What You’ll Do Immediate priorities
Audit current web/app/form/brand UX
Identify spacing, alignment, branding, and journey gaps
Redesign with AI to fix problems faster and better
Optimize user journeys (fewer clicks, clearer paths, higher conversions)
Establish design systems (tokens, components, spacing scales)
Train designers on AI workflows + manual QA guardrails
